These Valleys were far too narrow and kept blocking and causing water ingress into the house.

Removed and renewed with new code 4 lead and re cut to the required width.

The lounge and kitchen ceilings were overboarded and plastered due to the flat roof above leaking.

All the carpets have been replaced and all walls, ceilings and wood work redecorated

The tired flat roof was striped of all coverings and remedial repairs works carried out to the under deck. 

Then a 3 layer high performance felt covering was applied with new Lead flashings. 

This was part of a full flat refurbishment.

All tiles hacked off and all units removed.

Wiring and gas supply bought up to date. All walls made good and plastered.

We traveled to Oxford for this job. Client had been let down by original builders and we were recomended.
